Details about this service: Blue Sky Bio customers are exclusively eligible for FREE one single crown design and FREE single crown. 

To be eligible:

• The case must be planned and executed with a Blue Sky Bio dental implant. 

• The case must have parallelism in between adjacent teeth. 

• The case must be scanned with a BSB scan body (scannable impression coping). 

• The customer must purchase a Blue Sky Bio SKY-Base abutment for the case. 

• The coupon code is for single implants site only. 

• Cases of excessive implant depth or angulation are not eligible. 

Once planned and approved by the customer, the completed crown will be delivered from Innometive.
