The Full-Arch Fixed Hybrid Digital Design service leverages a sophisticated CAD/CAM workflow to create high-precision, implant-supported prosthetics. By integrating intraoral scans, and virtual articulation, we ensure a perfect functional and aesthetic fit before fabrication. To ensure maximum accuracy and compatibility, designs are performed at the Multi-Unit Abutment (MUA) level and require the use of Blue Sky Bio MUA Scan Bodies.

Details about this service: Crystal Ultra is formulated with a higher ratio of polymers to ceramics, making it one of the most durable and elastic hybrid ceramic on the market. 

Crystal Ultra is the gentlest of all of dental ceramics and ceramic hybrids, offering a Vickers hardness which most closely matches natural dentin.

Service Includes: Crystal Ultra is a milled nano ceramic layered over Peek, a fiber reinforced bar. The resulting full arch provides unsurpassed esthetics, flexibility similar to natural dentition at 60% of the weight of zirconia and 6x the strength of acrylic. Unlike zirconia, this product is adjustable chairside with composite. The stain and glaze used is Optiglaze and is included on all Crystal Ultra arches. 

All arches include up to 4 site holes at no additional cost. Articulated models, a wax up, a bite registration and soft tissue are required for fabrication. 

If a doctor is planning to use another implant system other than BlueSkyBio multi-unit abutment, the price will vary.

Details about this service: This service includes the design and physical fabrication using Multilayered shade 1000-1200 MPa zirconia, providing a durable yet highly aesthetic full arch zirconia bridge. Arches are designed on the latest CAD CAM software from there the arch is Milled in our 5 axis precision mills. Additional materials can be selected above at additional costs. Staining and glazing included. Stain and glazed used is GC lustre paste.

Service Includes: This service includes a wax bite and wax try to establish the vertical dimension if necessary for a Screw Retained Zirconia Hybrid. If doctor is planning to use another implant system other than BlueSkyBio multi unit abutment the price will varies.

Details about this service: This service includes the design and fabrication of a custom abutment implant bridge. The custom abutments and bridge design will be sent for approval, prior to manufacturing. 

BlueSkyBio Scanbodies are required. 

Details about this service: This service includes the design and fabrication of an implant bridge and relevant sky base abutments. The sky base abutment and bridge designs will be sent to the clinician for approval, prior to manufacturing. The completed sky base abutment(s) and implant bridge will be mailed after manufacturing. Extra fee and turnaround time will be delayed if BlueSkyBio scan body are not being used.
