Details about this service: Blue Sky Bio customers are exclusively eligible for FREE crown design and manufacturing.

 · The case must be planned and executed with a Blue Sky Bio dental implant. 

 · The case must have parallelism in between adjacent teeth. 

 · The case must be scanned with a Blue Sky Bio scan body.

 · The Power Base abutment will be delivered together with the crown.

 · Cases of excessive implant depth or angulation are not eligible. Once planned and approved by the customer, the completed crown will be delivered. 

Only Blue Sky Bio scan bodies are accepted.

Service Includes: This service includes the design and milling of an abutment from a single unit custom abutment blank with a pre-milled connection, accompanied by a Free multilayered high aesthetic zirconia crown including custom glazing. This service is applicable only for the Bio Max / Forte implant systems. Only Bio Max NP scan bodies are accepted.

Cost: $185 per custom abutment

Details about this service: This service includes the milling of an abutment from a custom abutment blank with a premilled connection. Extra fees and turnaround time could be delay if BlueSkyBio scan body are not being used.

Service Includes: Please include any relevant information to the lab

Service Does Not Include: Encode, Cerec, or Atlantis scan body are not accepted.
